1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "fh66", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fh66 platform and the company operating it, accessible at https://fh66.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fh66 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the fh66 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's fh66 Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account by fh66 under any active promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using a verified payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live casino tables, virtual sports, and any other products or features made available on the fh66 platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on fh66 for deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from fh66 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal right to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your country or region of residence.

fh66 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to all Services, which may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

fh66 is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. By registering on fh66, you agree to cooperate fully with this process.

• fh66 may request identity verification at any stage of your Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, upon reaching deposit thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Acceptable identity documents include: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Documents must be government-issued, valid (not expired), and clearly legible in submitted photographs or scans.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fh66 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless the Player selects USDT TRC-20 as their deposit currency, in which case the equivalent BDT value is credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT TRC-20.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your fh66 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fh66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or related funds from a Player's Account where it is determined that the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on fh66 are sourced from internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fh66 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and — where warranted — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; chargebacks; identity theft; impersonation of another person.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing without genuine gambling activity; using fh66 to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating gameplay with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player format.

fh66's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments & Termination

fh66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fh66 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the fh66 platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

fh66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• fh66 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the termination of the Account;
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon Account termination for cause, fh66 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request without cause, the Player's Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to their verified payment method within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fh66 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or legal in jurisdictions outside of its intended operational scope.
